The Afghanistan U-17 football team is set to take on Uzbekistan in the final of the Central Asia Championship tonight. The match, eagerly awaited by fans, kicks off at 7:30 PM Kabul time in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Afghanistan’s U-17 team

has delivered a series of strong performances in the tournament. They secured crucial victories over Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan in their last two matches. On August 21, they defeated the host team, Tajikistan, with a hard-fought 1-0 win. Earlier, they dominated Kyrgyzstan with a 2-0 victory.

The Central Asia U-17 Championship, which began on August 17 with six participating teams from the region, concludes today. Afghanistan’s journey to the final has been marked by determination and skill, underscoring their rising talent on the regional stage.
