Uzbekistan Trade Turnover Hits $31.8B in H1 2024

Uzbekistan’s trade turnover reached $31.8B from January to June 2024, up 8.5% year-over-year, with China and Russia leading trade volumes.

From January to June 2024, Uzbekistan‘s total trade turnover reached $31.828 billion, marking an 8.5% increase from the previous year, according to the Statistics Agency.

Exports were $12.992 billion, while imports totaled $18.835 billion.

China led the trade volume with $5.8 billion, followed closely by Russia at $5.7 billion and Kazakhstan at $1.9 billion.

Other trade partners included Türkiye at $1.4 billion, South Korea at $1 billion, Turkmenistan at $614.2 million, France at $563.4 million, Germany at $506.3 million, the USA at $463 million, Afghanistan at $461.4 million, Lithuania at $402 million, India at $388 million, Kyrgyzstan at $381 million, and Belarus at $320 million.
