Pakistan PM Invites Turkmenistan’s Chairman for Visit

Pakistan’s PM Shahbaz Sharif invites Turkmenistan’s Chairman Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for an official visit to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation.

In a letter addressed to Berdimuhamedov, Prime Minister Sharif emphasized the importance of strengthening the bond between the two nations. He expressed his anticipation of welcoming the Turkmen leader to Pakistan, noting the significance of this visit in advancing their mutual interests.

People’s Council of Turkmenistan

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has formally invited Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the Chairman of the Turkmenistan People’s Council, for an official visit to Pakistan. This invitation highlights Pakistan’s ongoing commitment to deepening bilateral relations with Turkmenistan.

Sharif’s invitation follows their recent interaction on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Astana, where the two leaders engaged in a constructive dialogue. During the meeting, they discussed several proposals aimed at enhancing cooperation between their countries. Sharif highlighted that the discussions were fruitful and paved the way for further collaboration.

Moreover, the Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan’s strong fraternal ties with Turkmenistan.
